I had ordered the 14" first. It was too small. (Not great at spacial relations!). I shipped it back at NO CHARGE & exchanged it for the 20" In these times, as a company, you have to distinguish yourself. EuroStyle Lighting did that by, not only having this gorgeous fixture, BUT having it ship for FREE -- BOTH WAYS!! Huge selling point! I've always been the 'bling' girl, but this fixture was just the right thing...I knew it when I saw it. It's constructed beautifully. It looks gorgeous in my art deco/modern (black/red/cream/beige with leopard accents) living room. I just LOVE it! It was kind of difficult to 'string' together, but once my husband did, it was easy to hang. (just have to do that 'no, a little higher on the left...no, now a little lower on the right...'thing). If you want an understated, classy, super on trend, really cool fixture, this is the one! p.s. If this weren't good enough, I found a $50 off coupon online. Gorgeous fixture! Exchanged with free shipping both ways! AND a $50 off coupon! I was in HEAVEN! *smile*
