This product is wonderful. It is difficult to get adequate lighting and a fan all in one, but this fits the bill. I do not take the time to write reviews or comments but this was worth my time. As an older woman I need to see what I am cooking therefore, the lighting was perfect for the kitchen. It also circulates the air very well in a relatively large area, which was sorely needed. It was not difficult to install and it looks even better in person.

About Extension Poles

For safety reasons, fan blades must be a minimum of 7' above the floor. Hang the fan blades 8' or 9' above the floor for the most efficient air flow. All Casa Optima ceiling fans come with a standard pole for use with 8-foot ceilings.
