This is a beautiful and stylish light for the contemporary home. I have a vaulted ceiling great room with kitchen, dining, and living room all combined in great room. This light is hung above my dining table from the vaulted ceiling and the cord and needed an extension cord to reach the outlet on the wall. The chain was just enough to reach the wall. Wish it had a option for longer chain and chord.
