From Minka Aire comes the contemporary Concept I ceiling fan in a polished nickel finish with three concave blades. Features a 44" blade span and a 14 degree pitch. The 153 x 15mm motor comes with a lifetime warranty. Includes 3 1/2" and 6" downrods and a full-function, hand-held remote control system. Includes one 100 watt mini-can halogen bulb, and a cap for optional use without the light kit.

About Extension Poles

For safety reasons, fan blades must be a minimum of 7' above the floor. Hang the fan blades 8' or 9' above the floor for the most efficient air flow. All Casa Optima ceiling fans come with a standard pole for use with 8-foot ceilings.
