We can't tell if the work by Eric Landon and Karin Blach is pottery or art. Or both. Tortus Copenhagen is a small Danish pottery studio.
This is too cool, it's like a wallpaper and prism marriage. Prisms are used to reflect the outside scenery onto the opposing wall!

It's easy to brighten up your bedroom with a fresh new bedside table lamp. Whether you want modern bedside table lamps or traditional table lamps, the following suggestions will help you find a light to fit your style and add the right amount of light to your space.
Remember, the lamp should be pretty enough for your private sanctuary.
Alvin Polished Nickel Adjustable Robert Abbey Desk Lamp
Mersenne Crystal Globe Table Lamp
Turquoise Double Gourd Table Lamp
Here are a few tips when purchasing a new bedside table lamps:
1. Height: The right size lamp depends on the height of your nightstand. It's said that a bedside table lamp shouldn't be taller than 30" or else your eye will get a glare from the light bulb - no one wants that when they are reading at night.
2. Positioning: Place the lamp close to the wall. That way you can place other essentials on your nightstand as well.
3. Shade Sizing: Be sure to keep the shade small - you don't want to bang your head. I recommend fabric shades in a bedroom because they are soft and add warmth to a room.
I hope that you find your ideal bedside table lamp!

There’s such a thing as a beautiful modern entryway, as in the picture above, and then there’s the alternative: the creepy foyer. You know the one. Looks like it’s never been touched. A chair here, faux flowers there. Dusty on top and dirty behind the ears. It’s the home’s fly-over space and it’s a total fake…except it doesn’t need to be.
Because the foyer is perhaps the number one key to keeping a clean home. It’s the guard gate that holds junk mail at bay while personal letters pass through unscathed. It catches your keys so they don’t get lost deeper inside. It traps the rain and the mud before they destroy your flooring.
So instead of asking your foyer to look beautiful, ask it to perform beautifully.
A modern bench for lacing up before you go outside? Check.
Catch basins for odds and ends, newspapers and mail? Check.
Rack space for coats, hats and keys? Of course.
Remember that, in modern design, function always precedes fashion, and in so doing becomes fashion in and of itself. Embrace that philosophy. Keep the chaise lounge out. No one is chilling in your entry anyway. Consider some simple wall lighting to throw light on the subject. Get rid of the faux plants, and throw a real fern in to freshen things up instead.
Add a museum bench:
Zuo Heywood Triple Natural Wood Bench
...a floor lamp (with a tray table for stowage):
Brushed Steel Double Shelf Space Saver Modern Floor Lamp
...and drop in a household mission statement for good measure:
Family Rules Black on White Motivational Wall Art
Now you’ve got a modern entryway design that looks clean, functional and distinctively lived-in.

Sometimes a girl just needs to sit back, relax, and know that everything looks amazing (including her!). Ms. Chill & Easy Going relies on cool blues and reflective decor to achieve her laid back coastal vibe.
To create a show-stopping focal point Ms. Chill & Easy Going chose a gorgeous chandelier that you can't help but ogle. The Vienna Full Spectrum Chrome and Crystal Chandelier features a cascade of round and diamond shaped crystals that diffuse light with a little sparkle.
Perched on the dining table directly beneath is this Amalfitana Nickel and Gold with Mesh Lotus Platter. It's the same width as its overhead counterpart (22-inches) and adds a beautifully reflective surface that could pass as art.
To carry the effect throughout her home, Ms. Chill & Easy Going has dangled a few of these contemporary James R. Moder Celestial Sphere Crystal Chandeliers above her bookcases. But they would be equally at home over the kitchen counter, lined down a hallway, or over the bar.
No space is complete without a little natural ambiance, these Amalfitana Polished Steel Tealight Candle Holders fit the bill just right. A few clustered in a dark corner add an exotic feel to any room.
When a little extra illumination is called for Ms. Chill & Easy Going reaches to switch on her Brighton Hammered Pot Brushed Nickel Table Lamp. The metal base has a hammered finish that add beautiful texture to her decor, while the crisp white drum shade helps to keep things light and airy.
She carries her style outdoors to the patio with a pair of Milo Brass Robert Abbey Outdoor Pendants. Each one features industrial-inspired design in an antique brass finish with small perforations on the top of the frame for that extra something special.
